In 2008, in partnership with Stockbridge Real Estate Fund II, Daniels Real Estate., LLC purchased the half block located between Marion and Columbia on Fifth Avenue in Seattle central business district. The surrounding four block area is currently the densest location of Class A office on the West Coast.
At the present time, the company has completed the necessary entitlement work to construct a 43 story Class A+ high-rise office tower on half of the property while preserving the last historic church building in Seattle’s central business district that will remain on the other half. The building will gracefully cantilever over the historic church and the neighboring historic Rainier Club, and be the most identifiable high-rise tower in Seattle when completed.
