Kevin Daniels , President
Mr. Daniels is majority stockholder and President of the company.  In his role as President, Mr. Daniels is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. His extensive background in real estate includes over two decades of experience in the areas of property development and management in the Puget Sound region. Mr. Daniels is a Certified Public Accountant and is a Washington State real estate broker. Mr. Daniels is a member of the AICPA and WSCPA organizations.

Alan Cornell , Senior Vice President
Mr. Cornell is a principal and Senior Vice President for the company. His responsibilities includes the project management of all development projects. Mr. Cornell has over 25 years experience in all aspects of commercial and industrial real estate. His background includes corporate strategic planning, market research, and outside consulting. He has developed several suburban business parks and office buildings. Mr. Cornell holds a Masters Degree from the University of Nebraska in Economics and is a Washington State real estate agent.

Carl Shumaker , Vice President
Mr. Shumaker is a principal and Vice President of Construction and Facilities for the company. He is responsible for the construction management of all of the company projects. Mr. Shumaker has been involved in construction and facilities management of commercial real estate for over 20 years. He holds a California General Contractors License, a Washington and California Real Estate License and a RPA designation from BOMA International.
